• Extra persons, cribs & rollaways, add $10.00 per night.
• Holiday rates may vary on weekends & holidays.
• Major holidays require 3-night minimal stay. Special event weekends require 2-night minimal stay.
• All rates subject to state & local taxes and all rates and specials subject to change without notice.
• Personal checks are accepted for deposit only on reservations made 3 weeks in advance of arrival.
• No checks accepted in office without credit card or driver’s license.

• 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund. (Early checkouts are subject to same policy)
• No refund will be made for unused portions once any segment is used.
• One full night deposit required for each room being reserved.(Rooms without deposit NOT guaranteed)
• A $10.00 handling charge will be deducted from ALL deposits prior to refund.
